Wishlist Wednesday #7

Wishlist Wednesday is a book blog hop where we will post about one book per week that has been on our wishlist for some time, or just added (it’s entirely up to you), that we can’t wait to get off the wishlist and onto our wonderful shelves. It is hosted by Dani of Pen to Paper.

I wish… I wish… I wish to have…

Under The Never Sky by Veronica Rossi

Since she’d been on the outside, she’d survived an Aether storm, she’d had a knife held to her throat, and she’d seen men murdered.

This was worse.

Exiled from her home, the enclosed city of Reverie, Aria knows her chances of surviving in the outer wasteland–known as The Death Shop–are slim. If the cannibals don’t get her, the violent, electrified energy storms will. She’s been taught that the very air she breathes can kill her. Then Aria meets an Outsider named Perry. He’s wild–a savage–and her only hope of staying alive.

A hunter for his tribe in a merciless landscape, Perry views Aria as sheltered and fragile–everything he would expect from a Dweller. But he needs Aria’s help too; she alone holds the key to his redemption. Opposites in nearly every way, Aria and Perry must accept each other to survive. Their unlikely alliance forges a bond that will determine the fate of all who live under the never sky.

Veronica Rossi is one of the three authors that are coming here in the Philippines on April 26, 2014. The main reason why I want to have this book is mainly to have it signed (so shallow of me right?). Authors rarely visit our country and I am grabbing any opportunity to have their autographs. However as I read through reviews and watched vlog posts about this book, the feedback I’m hearing is mostly positive. The plot sounds fascinating to me and I do hope it delivers.
If you guys have read the book I would really like to know what you though of it.

How about you guys, what are you wishing for this Wednesday?

Happy Reading,

UPDATE: I already own this book and its sequels so if your interested I already did a review of this! Check it out.
